We keep our beverage service packages simple—choose either alcoholic or non‑alcoholic service, depending on what fits your celebration best. Whether its a Wedding Bar Package or some other spectacular event, we've got you covered!

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package

Full non-alcoholic beverage service

$13/person + gratuity

Service includes:

• Coffee service (regular & decaf)

• Assorted Teas

• Lemonade, iced tea, iced water

• Condiments (sugar, Stevia, creamer)

• Cups, straws, stir sticks, napkins, ice

• Self-serve stations with urns, Keurig coffee maker, dispensers for non-alcoholic beverages, bar utensils

• Bartending and Beverage staff to do set up, service of beverage dispensers & supplies, empty cup pick-up throughout event, and clean-up.

• All mixers and garnishes (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, cranberry, OJ, tonic, soda, lemon/lime slices, cherries)

• Soda-pop served at bar (Coke, Diet, Sprite)

• Bottled water/canned soda stations set up on deck/patio or inside barn (Client furnishes bottled water/canned soda)

Alcoholic Beverage

Package

$18/person + gratuity

Service includes:

• Coffee service (regular & decaf)

• Assorted Teas

• Lemonade, iced tea, iced water

• Condiments (sugar, Stevia, creamer)

• Cups, straws, stir sticks, napkins, ice

• Self-serve stations with urns, Keurig coffee maker, dispensers for non-alcoholic beverages, bar utensils, beer pitchers

• Bartending and Beverage staff to do set up, service of beverage dispensers & supplies, clean up, empty cup pick-up throughout event

• All mixers and garnishes (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, cranberry, OJ, tonic, soda, lemon/lime slices, cherries)• Soda-pop service at bar

• Bottled water/canned soda stations (Client furnishes bottled water/canned soda)

• Client may choose to have the venue provide product (to be reimbursed by client) or provide his own alcohol and wine

Bar and Beverage services must be contracted through Michigan Wedding Barns. Our Bar Manager will help you create a personalized beverage service plan that fits your event perfectly. If you choose to bring your own wine or alcohol, we’re happy to recommend quantities so you have exactly what you need for your guests. 


If you’d like to serve bottled or canned beer, you’re welcome to provide it yourself—just be sure it arrives pre‑chilled. 


For keg beer, we make the process simple. All kegs are purchased through the venue, and we handle ordering, deposits, delivery, and returns. If you’re hoping to feature a craft or specialty brew, we’ll work with our local distributor to accommodate your request whenever possible. 


If you prefer that the venue provide your wine and alcohol, we offer this service on a reimbursement basis. After your event, you’ll receive an invoice for what was consumed, including any special orders or opened bottles. Any partially filled bottles will be packed for you to take home. 


To keep your event running smoothly, we maintain an in‑house inventory of alcohol, mixers, and non‑alcoholic beverages. You’ll also be able to choose from an itemized list of products to serve. For special orders—such as kegs or signature cocktail ingredients—we’ll place those orders on your behalf. We simply ask that you share your preferred quantities so we can ensure everything is stocked for your celebration.
