Service includes:

• Coffee service (regular & decaf)

• Tea service (Stashi Tea Collection)

• Condiments (sugar, Stevia, cream)

• Lemonade, iced tea, iced water

• Cups, straws, stir sticks, napkins, ice

• Self-serve stations with urns, Keurig coffee maker, dispensers for non-alcoholic beverages, bar utensils, beer pitchers

• Bartending and beverage staff to do set up, service of beverage dispensers & supplies, empty cup pick-up throughout event, and clean-up.

• All mixers and garnishes (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, cranberry, OJ, tonic, soda, lemon/lime slices, cherries)

• Soda-pop served at bar (Coke, Diet, Sprite)

• Bottled water/canned soda stations set up on deck/patio or inside barn (Client furnishes bottled water/soda)

• Client may choose to have the venue provide product (to be reimbursed by client) or provide his own alcohol and wine

Our Bar Manager is here to help you create a personalized beverage service plan that perfectly suits your event. If you decide to bring your own wine and alcohol, we’ll happily assist with recommendations on how much to purchase to ensure you have everything you need for your guests.


If you’d like to serve bottled or canned beer, you’re welcome to provide it yourself, but please ensure it is delivered pre-chilled for your event.


For keg beer, we make the process easy by handling everything for you. Kegs must be purchased through the venue, and we take care of ordering, deposits, delivery, and the return of used kegs after your event. If you’d like to offer a craft or specialty brew, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request through our local distributor.


If you prefer for the venue to provide your wine and alcohol, we’re happy to offer this as a service on a reimbursement basis. After your event, you’ll receive an invoice for the items consumed, including any special orders or opened bottles. Any partially filled bottles will be packed up for you to take home.


To ensure your event runs smoothly, we maintain an in-house inventory of alcohol, mixers, and non-alcoholic beverages, so you’ll never run out. You’ll also have the opportunity to select from an itemized list of products to serve. For special orders like kegs or signature cocktail ingredients, we’ll place these orders on your behalf based on your preferences. While we do our best to anticipate needs, we kindly ask that you let us know the quantities you’d like to ensure we have enough of these special items for your event.
